Strict No Return & No Refund Policy
Due to hygiene, safety, product authenticity & customer protection reasons, Kharidlo365 follows a strict no return & no refund policy. Once an order is successfully delivered, returns, refunds or cancellations will not be accepted under normal conditions.
Exchange Only For Damaged Or Incorrect Products
Exchanges or replacements will only be considered in cases where customers receive:
• Damaged products
• Leaked products
• Defective products
• Incorrect items
Customers must contact our support team within
48 hours of delivery with proper proof for verification.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof Required
To claim any exchange or replacement, customers must provide a
clear continuous unboxing video recorded from the beginning before opening the package.
The video must clearly show:
• Sealed package before opening
• Shipping label visibility
• Complete unboxing process
• Damaged / leaked / incorrect product proof
Requests without proper unboxing video proof will be strictly rejected.
Exchange Approval Conditions
Exchange requests will only be approved after verification by our support team. Products must remain:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In original packaging
• Without physical damage caused after delivery
Kharidlo365 reserves the right to reject any exchange request if verification fails or policy conditions are not met.
Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products will not be eligible for exchange or replacement:
• Opened products
• Used products
• Products without unboxing video proof
• Products damaged after delivery
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
• Products without original packaging
